"Cercano a central de autobuses y centro de convenciones. Personal muy atento, fácil check in. Estacionamiento tiene pocos lugares, pero se puede uno estacionar enfrente en la calle, como es una calle cerrada, parece seguro. Desayuno incluido es básico pero adecuado. Área no es fail de maniobrar a pie, requiere uno de auto. Satisfecha con mi estancia. "

"The property in general is very clean. The room I stayed in was very clean however the couch was light color fabric and looked very stained other than that all was good. The public areas such as the gym, pool area, lounge area, pool table and ping pong table and lobby they were all clean and neat. The staff was always friendly and willing to assist when needed. The Internet signal was very poor, not enough signal to watch tv though. "

"Overall, a very good experience. The hotel and rooms are beautiful and cozy. They have everything you need. The only thing I would have liked is for massages to have a discount for guests, not just the spa services. I suggest booking massages as soon as possible, as there are limited slots and they fill up very quickly. Another thing is that there should be a shuttle service from the hotel to the brunch/brewery, as it's quite a distance. There should also be a closer entrance for guests instead of having to walk to the parking lot. But overall, a very nice experience. Everything was clean and the staff was very kind. I will definitely return."
