Maximum capacity is 10 people as it features 4 bedrooms (3 of them with king bed, 1 of them with 2 queen beds). A generous outdoor terrace on both levels offers enchanting views and luxurious lounge areas to enjoy them from. 3 sets of double doors slide open to connect the indoor and outdoor living spaces. The open concept design in the family room, dining room, and kitchen make family and friends visits comfortable for shared experiences. Enjoy 4 bedrooms, each with their own private bath and ample closet space/walk-ins. The two impressive masters boast incredible views from bed, one with a TV that can descend into furniture to make way to enjoy it from. The first-floor master has a double-shower. All bathrooms have stained glass details and archways that give the space a Tuscan villa feel, and the glowing backlit space makes for magical mornings getting ready for the day. The second floor can be ascended to from a beautiful spiral staircase which arrives at a gorgeous wood carved door, which opens to a huge private space with a living area and a jacuzzi that overlooks the ocean. The Master Bedroom features a King-size bed and an additional sofa bed for two people. It is ideal for a family with two children, but four adults are also welcome in this room. The restroom includes a double sink, a huge shower, and bidet. Outside the bedroom, a separate outdoor room with a grill and dining table make a great communal and sun-lounging space. Elegant, traditional design details throughought the space including two grand twisted wood pillars at the entry, beautiful wooden beams in the greatroom, arch ways and regal Grecian-style pillars and chunky molding lining the terraces. All furniture is high quality and comfortable and invites ultimate relaxation. Every modern amenity and convenience has been integrated in the home including all kitchen appliances, high-speed WiFi, cable TV & apps, and security within gated entry and double lock doors. The home is decked out with ample closets and storage space throughout the home so you can enjoy vacation without the clutter. Plush towels, linens, and additional bedding is available for your lounging and sleeping preferences. Kindly note: In the event that any beach or pool towels, or rain umbrellas are lost or not returned upon check-out, a replacement fee of $20.00 USD per item will apply. The home is closest to San Jose Airport, which is a 25/30-minute small plane ride (private and public charter options available), or a 3-hour drive. Additional services & activities: A private chef with full meal plan and daily maid-service available upon request. Spa services can also be provided on-site upon order. A private driver can also be accommodated as needed. Additionally private yoga instructors can also provide exercise instruction on-site. Have to schedule it with Vanessa by Whatsapp. Really nice place to enjoy Manuel Antonio. Quite expensive but it worth it. Très belle vue. Près de tout. I always get nervous that the pictures look better than the actual place when you check in but this place exceeded all of that. It was clean, spacious, so many amenities included. The host was phenomenal and responsive for any questions. The house and views were breathtaking. If you plan a trip with a group this would be the place, each bedroom had their own bathroom, room for 12 people. It’s was wonderful. Thank you Vanessa for the hospitality. By far the nicest vacation rental we have ever booked. When we weren't out on excursions, most of our time here was spent on the beautiful and spacious covered veranda - even when it rained. We took advantage of the complimentary shuttle and chair/umbrella service at the lovely nearby beach twice during our stay - a very nice perk which we recommend doing. We appreciated the convenient location which allowed us to walk to nearby restaurants; Cafe Milagro, Emilios, and the falafal place across the street and all were very good. There were also a few shops within walking distance. Vanessa greeted us when we arrived, checked in with us daily to see if we needed anything and was always very responsive to our inquiries/requests both before and during our stay. Housekeeping went above and beyond what we would have expected. We truly felt pampered. We also appreciated having a washer, dryer, detergent, and fabric softener available for our use. JC was very responsive and went out of the way to help us. If we come back, we will stay in this place only. Many restaurants are right across the street. Entrance to the park is only a few kilometers away. As a bonus we could climb from inside the bedroom to enter the top of the building, where there is a hammock with beautiful views. in total, there are three floors to enjoy. ##### BADRINATH K. As nice as any Marriott. The views, again, make the whole stay magical. Would recommend experiencing taking public bus to beach to mix with locals. Gorgeous views. You have to take a taxi to the beach but was included in the rental and included canopies and chairs and food service. We weren’t accustomed to that but we did so many fun excursions that this ended up not being a huge deal as we didn’t go to beach everyday anyway. Rooms are very spacious and while we only slept 5, could have easily accommodated more. More seating in the family room would be nice for larger groups. We spent lots of time on the beautiful balconies with macaws and monkeys playing in the canopy below. On site pool is small but shaded. We hired a chef to cook for us all 7 nights but would recommend taking a couple of nights off to go to some of the local eateries just for a change of scenery. our dining was excellent! The expansive views are breathtaking, the property was luxurious and my family and I had one of the most memorable vacations ever. The concierge service was super friendly, convenient and responsive. We took advantage of the beach concierge 3 days, rented bogie boards and did surf lessons. Every restaurant in walking distance was very good, especially La Lambretta, The Falafel place, Enso and Agua Azul. There were 3 markets within a few minutes as well for any grocery needs. The property had everything we needed and every morning, having coffee on the patio looking out onto the hills and ocean was spectacular. We saw macaws, monkeys, toucans and other wildlife from the back patio. While visiting, you need to see Manuel Antonio National Park, beautiful beaches and tons on wildlife. This rental and the service we recieved, made for a wonderful experience for my family and I. Would return in a heartbeat ##### Nick R. Our tours were all wonderful thanks to Vanessa the concierge. She quickly addressed any questions we had. We are already dreaming about a return visit to this magical place. Our children would say that the surf lessons were the highlight of their trip. Great views from everywhere. More outdoor patios than you can imagine. Everything works well and the unit is well equipped. Vanessa - property manager as well as excellent concierge was a pleasure to work with and can source just about anything you may need. Also she was very easy to get a hold of. An excellent property, everyone on-site was very friendly. Location is excellent- just two blocks to about everything. Beach is walkable but is a pretty good walk. We usually just drove. Inside garage parking is more than adequate with this unit (2 spots). Overall, great spot! Stayed at 8 different homes and condos and this is one of my favorite. ##### Rob M. We were 4 couples vacationing together. We knew in advance the bedrooms weren’t equal for couples, but agreed in advance we could choose fairly by picking straws. No one had an issue with the process. The condo itself was beautiful with amazing views from both porch on main level and the penthouse suite. It was very nice to end our vacation together with plenty of room for all. My contact with Diego was extremely easy and timely. He even helped out with getting our needed Covid test scheduled with a Dr. who came to the condo for testing. Diegos coworker Vanessa was also easy to contact and very helpful. Pacifico Colonial is so convenient, as the bus stop is right in front of the building. We never took our cars out of the secure parking garage and used the bus to go to the national park and to restaurants. So much easier than driving and finding a parking space.
