A dollar million view The newest rental villa in Quepos with the best view of the Marina Pez Vela and the Pacific Ocean. A convenient location, quiet neighborhood & in close proximity to the city center of Quepos, the National Park Manuel Antonio and the beaches. Surrounded by trees, visited by wild animals like parrots, macaws and three different kinds of monkeys, raccoons and many more. Totally furnished. The space An amazing place taking care off by the owner Mary. Every detail of the villa and the whole place make the house special and unique. Do not miss the amazing sunsets all year around. The ocean is so close that you'll have the sensation of touching the waves. Starlit nights with ocean wave sounds? Yes, that you will experience at Mar y Sombra Villa. Guest access You will have your private 2-bedroom apartment and bathroom & an amazing outside proch with a spectacular view of the Marina Pez Vela and the Pacific Ocean. Other things to note I own a business in Manuel Antonio main beach. I’m a beach host and I can help you with anything you need there. Mary’s Rentals has chairs and umbrellas, surf lessons, kayaks, stand up paddle boards, bodyboards, parking, beach kids toys, lockers and outdoor showers.
