My only complaint is that the pool was out of order (major inconvenience) and the construction crew was annoying (not their fault, I understand they had to work) Other than that people were FANTASTIC!

Nice clean hotel. The restaurant was wonderful and the entire staff of both were great! We stayed in the oceanfront room, which is great for sunsets, but not so great for sleeping because of the road noise and the birds that suppose to roost in the trees that are between the room and the ocean. The motor bikes and a few cars, scream up and down the road at all hours. Thank goodness the hotel has ear plugs! If you stay in one of the pool side rooms, the noise is not bad at all. Still, we felt very safe at the hotel. We would definitely stay here again.

The front desk was AMAZING! We stayed at this hotel because our tour company picked up from here. It was clean, air conditioners worked, and they accommodated us with a late check out as well as a bagged breakfast to go. It was mid week and I had no problem parking in their small lot. The area around the hotel was a bit sketchy. No beach... It's a marina area.

Tout a bien été. Le menu du restaurant n'était pas à notre goût cependant. L'hôtel estbien situé, soit 25 min. en auto du parc Manuel Antonio.

As I said, I’m not sure where it was on the last part of the survey but the property was perfect the hotel perfect not crazy about the continental breakfast but what can you say 7 to 9 when you’re on vacation is awful early to stop breakfast. Otherwise couldn’t ask for a better location Cleaner hotel but I as I said earlier, when you were in a foreign country, do you need to save and I use medicine that needs to be refrigerated and there was nowhere to do it

The staff were really friendly and happy to help. Good breakfast. Worth noting that there is a private car park with a gate but only has space for about 6 cars. You can park infront on the hotel if needed.

I stay at this hotel every Christmas. I love the location and the hotel it's self. THe hotel is very clean and full of smiling faces. The restaurant on the third floor offers a Buffet style breakfast and it is delicious.

Sharon was AMAZING !! She help us when trying to check up early. Went all the way with our requests. You have a incredible asset on her. The restaurant was also really good, food and service staff very kind and professional. In general, I recommend this hotel if you are visiting Quepos and Manuel Antonio.

They gave me the crappiest room they have despite many, almost all rooms being available on my floor. The balcony opened to an indoor wall. The down stairs is open to the entry hall and sidewalk. When people stand outside and smoke all of it comes straight to this area, as well as people talking. The staff was ok. Sat at the desk pre occupied. Nothing special. The room was clean but very very dated. The spa was incredible though. I give it a 10 plus. Didn’t check out their casino. The restaurant had helpful staff. I enjoyed watching all the people around the area from the restaurant. The area is what it is for a 3rd world country. Definitely didn’t feel safe going out after hours, but that’s pretty typical. Not a lot to do in the area unless you go out of area unless you want to gamble or shop. Other than no windows or anything to actual outside it was ok. The pool area was nice. It was like an oasis away from the hustle of outside. I would not stay here again though.

Hôtel en plein centre de Quepos ,face à la mer ( pas de baignade mais une jolie promenade le long de l'eau ) chambre grande et agréable . Piscine belle ,agréable et propre . Petit déjeuner moyen . Petit buffet le premier jour et après à la demande mais somme toute très limité. Et la service aucune empathie,serviable mais sans un sourire .

We used our hotel as a home base for our vacation and this Best Western had the ideal location for that. The walking distance from the bus station and different stores and restaurants was very convenient. I wouldn’t stay here if you’re planning on spending a lot of time in the hotel room though, our room was pretty small and didn’t have a fridge or microwave. It worked for us but might not work for everyone. Also, the floors in the room were dirty and left the bottoms of our feet black if we walked barefoot.

The area was very noisy late at night 2:00 a.m., quite humorious from my point of view but the people were very welcoming and all and all great trip!

it's a great mid price range hotel!! not an expensive resort, it's safe, the staff is great, the location is superb. we had a view of the ocean, we were warned that it would be very loud because of the noise from the street. they were correct, but we got the room knowing full well what we were getting into and earplugs solved everything. we will be back at this hotel again.

the noise is bad....the nature of the set up is that kids screaming in the hall echo and no staff say anything. Again, the kids are in the pool at 6 am, screaming, though it is not supposed to be open and after 8, when its supposed to be closed. They run up and down the balcony ( all are connected ) and try to stare into the other peoples' rooms. I know the staff has been told about this but they did nothing...hard to blame them. But signs requesting quiet in halls and no running on balconies might help. Also, notices of quiet areas when one checks in might help.

Loved the location as it was close to all our excursions. Staff was friendly and very accommodating. My only complaint was the beds are too hard not comfortable at all. For that reason only I would not use this hotel again. The mattresses felt like those massage parlor tables with those thin pads. My FM and back injuries were aggravated during my stay here.

It was nice. Beds are comfortable, breakfast was good but I would include more options. Parking is out of the hotel and it is very small. The view from the room is nice. It is located very close to the center of Quepos.

Location is terrible with poor parking — on the street or in a limited car lockup. Property is very aged and dinghy. Casino makes the appearance worse. Breakfast is OK. Dinner that I had was very poor. Would not recommend
