From supermarkets and shopping centres in Frankton/5 Mile to the town centre, activities and restaurants in Queenstown. The location of this gorgeous home is tucked away on a quiet hillside - safe, sound, peaceful and secure. Getting Around: This property is close to bus stops and has off-street parking available. Other Things to Note: Noise control This property is located within a residential area. Please respect our neighbours by keeping noise to a low level at all times, especially between 8pm – 8am. As agreed by Queenstown Council, the following rules apply: No amplified sound/music is to be played from the outdoor living areas between the hours of 8pm – 8am. All outdoor living areas must be vacated between the hours of 10pm – 7am. The residents within the neighbourhood and the management company can call the council with a noise complaint if they have concerns between the hours of 10 pm – 7 am. Interaction with Guests: We will be available to answer any questions you may have prior or during your stay.
