To gain access to the property you will require an access code which will be emailed to you prior to your arrival. Please ensure you make contact with us prior to arriving to make sure we have your correct email details.   
With the close proximity to town and Queenstown's many attractions, you will be able to come and go as you please.  
  
The modern kitchen is equipped with all the essential items you will need to cook a great meal during your stay, and you will be able to enjoy complimentary coffee & tea are provided.  
  
We prepare the house before you arrive, providing you with fresh, clean premium linen and towels. During your stay the home it will not be serviced. If you require servicing during your stay, please arrange this prior to arrival and we can advise you of the charges involved.  
  
The Neighborhood:  
Enjoy all that Queenstown has to offer such as the world class ski resorts of Coronet Peak and Remarkables - Just 20 minutes will have from the driveway to Coronet Peak's car parking!

Being located just 5 minutes drive from the centre of Queenstown, the vibrant cafe, restaurant and nightlife are on your door step. Enjoy the walking tracks located around Lake Wakatipu and take in Queenstown's breathtaking scenery, or head out on your bike and enjoy some of the best mountain biking trails New Zealand has to offer.  
  
Getting Around:  
The apartment is conveniently located in popular Queenstown Hill , just a 5 minutes drive from the centre of Queenstown and 10 minutes from Queenstown Airport.  
  
If you don't have a car then we recommend the use of one of Queenstown's taxi companies - These are available right from the airport for your convenience.  
  
Other Things to Note:  
We look after 45 villas in Queenstown.  
If there is a travel restriction due to Covid and you cannot return home we will do everything we can to make sure you have a cost effective villa to stay in until the borders open and you can return home :)  
  
Queenstown is the adventure tourism capital of New Zealand, and offers a wide variety of activities perfect for the adrenaline junky or those interested in sampling the local wines and cheeses. During your stay our guide book will provide you with our personal picks of activities in Queenstown and the surrounding areas as well as our 'Pro Tip's' to save you time and money.  
  
For your convenience we have available a port-a-cot & high chair to make your stay more enjoyable for the whole family. Please discuss any of these extras with us at time of booking. These are available at no extra cost.  
  
A non-refundable fee of 3% applies to all cancellations regardless of the cancellation policy. This charge does not apply to Airbnb.

Our stay at Villa Tuke was wonderful. We were a group of 4 adults and 1 baby (under 2y.o) and it was the perfect setting for us. We enjoyed our time on the porch overlooking the picturesque mountains and lake, prepping meals in the large kitchen, and we all had comfortable sleeping arrangements.

#### Heart of the South Island

Amazing view, everything as advertised. This was a perfect base for our exploration of the South Island. Close to the best hiking, tours, wineries, excellent restaurants, and natural beauty. Hike to and from town is short, but hilly, some may prefer to drive. Place is clean and well equipped. Nice, quiet part of town. Our daily adventuring always ended on the deck watching the classic Queenstown sunset.

The property has brilliant views, that delighted us every day. The location is close enough to walk to town but also a little out of the chaos. We thoroughly enjoyed all the opportunities in Queenstown and found the Milford Sound a great outing.
