The Neighborhood: Queenstown, New Zealand, sits on the shores of the South Island’s Lake Wakatipu, set against the dramatic Southern Alps. It was clean, fresh, and felt homely as soon as we walked in the door. Everything was supplied and in good working order. Good garage parking even for our 7 seater MPV. Views were breathtaking, and the location was very convenient for walking into town. The only minus would be the constant outside noise throughout the night.
