Three Bedroom Residence perched high on the hill overlooking the stunning vistas of the Remarkables Mountain Range and Lake Wakatipu / Queenstown Marina. Close to all that Queenstown has to offer, but located in a quiet street.  
  
Features include : Heatpump/Aircon, Radiant Heaters in All Bedrooms and Hallways, BBQ on the Upper Deck, 58inch TV with Gooogle TV, Netflix, Two Bathrooms (incl Spa bath), off street carpark for 1 car and free Wi-Fi.  
  
Enjoy a glass of wine by the toasty warm gas fireplace, unwind, and take in the magnificent view, or lounge around watching Netflix on the large screen TV. Located on at the very end of a quiet street with double glazed windows you can rest assured the home is nice and quiet, and radiant heaters throughout keep the place toasty warm throughout the winter season. The main bathroom has a two person spa bath for relaxation after a busy day out exploring all that Queenstown has to offer. There is also 1 off street carpark so you’ll never find yourself searching for a parking space.

This residence is located within a larger complex which is mostly residential and long term residences.  
  
Bus stop - you can get a BEE card from the airport or main depot in town for $2 bus rides. The buses go every 15 minutes during the peak periods from Frankton Road.  
Ideally a hire car would be suitable as there is an allocated carpark outside the apartment for parking. Marina Heights road is reasonably steep so a moderate fitness level is required to walk up it.
