Spacious living and kitchen area. There is a heat pump/air conditioner plus woodburner in the living room and each bedroom has its own heater. There's a common landscaped area with a shared hot tub and shared BBQ. The house comes with free Wifi and Netflix. Ideal for a groups, Panoramic is located on Queenstown Hill, 3 minutes by car or a 20-25 minutes stroll downhill to the town centre. Panoramic is located in a private, quiet residential neighbourhood. Please note that council bylaws restrict outside noise between 10pm and 8am (therefore the spa is not allowed to be used after 10pm) Panoramic is about a 25 minute walk to downtown Queenstown or less than a 5 minute drive by car. An Uber will cost $15-20 from town. The walk back is up a couple of steep hills so reasonable fitness required Extra Services \- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability please inquire 48 hours prior to your arrival. \- Cleaning services are available during your stay for an additional cost. Contact us and we can organize this for you. House Rules \- No pets \- No Smoking \- No parties or events \- Check in is between 3:00 PM - 10:00 PM \- Check out is 10:00 AM Note \- Spa is open daily 8:00am until 10:00pm only (council bylaw) \- We can provide a complimentary cot and highchair for children under 2 years old - please advise at the time of booking. \- There is a 1 bedroom apartment underneath the main house.
