This spacious four-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom home boasts a thoughtfully designed layout, offering ample space for everyone to relax and enjoy time together. Nestled in a stunning location, this two story property is the ideal choice for those looking to unwind in comfort while being just moments away from central Queenstown.  
  
The open-plan living area is designed for ease and relaxation, featuring a cosy lounge with a gas fireplace and Smart TV, creating the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring. The fully equipped kitchen and dining area provide ample space for preparing and enjoying meals together, while large floor-to-ceiling windows allow you to take in the stunning views of the surrounding mountains. Start your morning right with a Nespresso coffee and step out onto the balcony to enjoy the fresh alpine air and breathtaking scenery.  
  
Enjoy the scenery with an outdoor seating area and BBQ, perfect for alfresco dining with family and friends.  
  
The master bedroom includes its own private ensuite, while two of the downstairs king bedrooms offer flexibility by converting into 2x Single beds if requested. The home also offers underfloor heating in the bathrooms and kitchen, along with ducted central heating throughout upstairs and additional heaters for the bedrooms, ensuring comfort no matter the season. With a double garage providing off-street parking for two vehicles and laundry facilities, this makes the perfect choice for longer stays.   
  
Located just five minutes’ drive from Queenstown’s town centre and 10 minutes from the Five Mile shopping precinct, this property offers both tranquillity and easy access to everything Queenstown has to offer. After a day of exploration, unwind at the nearby Sherwood Yoga and Wellbeing Centre, or enjoy a delicious meal at the renowned Sherwood Restaurant. Additionally, the nearby Queenstown Hill Basket of Dreams Walk is perfect for a leisurely stroll.

This property is located within a residential area. Please respect neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum at all times. Parties, gatherings and events are not permitted.  
  
Please be aware that there is ongoing construction near the property. However, construction noise in Queenstown is restricted to weekdays between 7:30 AM and 6:00 PM, ensuring your evenings remain undisturbed.  
  
Please note that we do have a minimum age requirement of 25 years. The primary guest making the booking must meet this minimum age, though accompanying guests may be younger.  
  
Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll be directed to our guest portal. Before check-in, you’ll need to complete a quick identity verification by scanning your driver’s license or passport. This step ensures the property owners\` peace of mind by confirming your identity, similar to a hotel check-in process. Rest assured, your ID will not be stored in our system. Our guest portal adheres to the highest level of PCI compliance for your security. This process is essential as we operate a self-check-in system.
