The only surprise is the property does not have air condition. We were a bit worried it might be uncomfortable. One can open door and windows, and the room temperature is comfortable. However it also means lots of flying bugs in the living room. The view from the front row appartment (no. 9) is just stunning. However be aware, that there is some kind of construction site on the oppersite side of the road - could potentially cause noise and disturb the fantastic view - I would check it carefully before renting again. Communication with the 'Staysouth' were a bit troublesome - many mails, but still happy we stayed there. Walking distance to Queenstown city centre is approx. 10-15 min.
