It's double-glazed, boasts quality beds, a fully equipped kitchen, and a balcony with BBQ to enjoy the views. The apartment accommodates 6 guests plus an infant. The Space: Experience the ultimate comfort of a fully equipped apartment, conveniently located close to Queenstown's CBD, with captivating views of the surrounding mountains. A supermarket and green grocer are just a short stroll away for added convenience. Spanning two levels, the apartment boasts a spacious balcony with outdoor seating and a BBQ. Two bedrooms are situated on the top floor, sharing a bathroom, while the living area, kitchen, and the third bedroom (with an en-suite) are on the lower level. It was a great space for our family group of 4 adults and 2 teens. It was well equipped, generally clean (a few cobwebs in the corner of the downstairs bathroom) and comfortable. It was a bonus to have sky so the older teen could watch the F1\. The view from the apartment overlooks the gondola and mountains, was very pretty. Parking was underneath the apartment and was very large, guest parking was also used without issue. The location is absolutely perfect for all the wonders that Queenstown has to offer. It was about a 10 minute walk to where most of the attraction / trip pickup points were. A little further to the waterfront. 15 mins to the gondola. Supermarket across the road (5 mins). We recommend, Fat Badgers Pizza, Flame Bar & Grill and of course the famous Fergburger, Fergbaker and Mrs Ferg Gelateria (they had far too much money from us in the 4 days we were there!) The dedicated parking spot is a great feature. Communication from the host is very good. And the location is just terrific - a very easy walk into the centre of Queenstown, but extremely quiet at night. Highly recommended! ##### Amanda W. It's warm, sunny, clean, has amazing parking and I would stay here again in a heartbeat. I actually think the photos don't do it justice and some better ones could be taken for advertising. The layout was great my adult daughter and her boyfriend slept in the downstairs bedroom with ensuite and my husband and I in master with daughter in the room next door and main bathroom all upstairs. We loved being a short, easy walk from the main centre and the skyline. Also a short walk from a fantastic little cafe, with excellent coffee (5 minutes walk up Gorge Road).
