The house was absolutely spot on for our needs. It was clean, the kitchen had plenty of equipment for cooking and lots of extra pantry items including herbs, spices, sugar, oil, etc. The laundry was also well equiped with everything we needed to keep clothes clean. The house is in a great location. Being perched up on the hill means some amazing views. It was about a 10 min walk to the centre of town and about the same to the Gondola. But the standout for us was the hot tub. Being able to soak in the hot tub after a long day of skiing or walking around hilly Queenstown was fantastic. The only thing to be aware of is that there are a lot of stairs. The house is 3 stories - the garage and laundry are on the ground floor, 2 bedrooms and bathroom on the 2nd, and the bunks, kitchen, and lounge on the 3rd. This was fine for my family but wouldn’t be so good for anyone with limited mobility. Overall, I would highly recommend this place for families staying in Queenstown. ##### Bede C. Good location for walking to town, to Luge, to the wharf. Nicely appointed apartment with well equipped kitchen enabled us to cook at home. Appreciated the washer and dryer too. Amazing tandem garage, but 10mm too low for a 4WD vehicle with a roof box ( would fit a vehicle with a loaded ski/board rack), so we had to take the roof box off. If the height of the clearance in the garage ( measure the drop of the motor of the auto-opener) is included, it will help folks.Teen loved the bunk room as he was able to do his gaming in what felt like a snug.
