Perfect for solo travellers or couples, with direct access to the lakefront walking and cycling trail.

This bright upper-floor studio includes:

\- Private ensuite bathroom  
  
\- Compact kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave, kettle & toaster  
  
\- Dining area and seating space  
  
\- TV, free Wi-Fi, heating & aircon  
  
\- Tea, coffee, milk, and essentials provided  
  
A quiet, comfortable space with everything you need for a short Queenstown stay.  
  
Baby Accessories:  
  
We can provide a porta cot, high chair and baby bath on request for a one-time fee of $50\. Please notify us at least 3 days before arrival.  
  
Guest Access:  
  
Guests have private access to the studio, ensuite bathroom, as well as shared on-site services such as BBQ and coin operated washing machine and dryer.   
  
Entry is via self check-in. When booked separately from the full apartment, the studio has its own secure entrance.
