Our home has everything you need to make your perfect Queenstown holiday memories. Perfectly located only 450 metres (5 min walk, up a steep hill!) The Space: Discover comfort and luxury with our lovely property, offering an array of amenities designed to make your stay truly exceptional. This delightful home features three spacious bedrooms and 2.5 modern bathrooms, ensuring ample space and privacy for every guest. The fully equipped kitchen is has everything you'll need for creating gourmet meals. This charming home features an open plan in the living and dining areas. Sit on the comfy couch or out on one of two balconies and chill with a glass of amazing local NZ wine as you watch the awesome sunsets. The living area is very large and spacious, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and find a comfy spot. Stay entertained with an internet-connected 50-inch 4K TV and high-speed fiber internet access, ensuring seamless connectivity and streaming. Convenience is key with a washing machine, dryer, ironing board, and iron at your disposal. Enjoy the finest in comfort with high-quality bed linens and towels, and maintain the perfect climate with heating and air conditioning. The views are simply to die for! You will absolutely love watching the fantastic colours change throughout the day over the Southern Alps Mountain Range and Lake Wakatipu as the sun rises and sets. You will definitely fall in love with the views! Every room in the house enjoys spectacular views. A perfect holiday retreat for large families or groups of friends. The house was extensively renovated in June 2023 and has all new furniture, appliances, TV, etc...so you and your guests will be very comfortable. (the unit listed is of an identical property in the same complex that was renovated in Dec 2022, so some areas and furniture may differ slightly from the photos) While this property is a short walk from town it is located off a steep hill and is ideal for guests who are travelling by car and or/don't mind the walk! BEDDING CONFIGURATION: Bedroom 1: Super King Size Bed (Can Be Split Into 2 Singles) Bedroom 2: 2 Single Beds (Can Be Made Into 1 Super King Size Bed) Bedroom 3: 2 Single Beds (Can Be Made Into 1 Super King Size Bed) \*Please let us know at least 3 days prior to your arrival. If you decide that you want the beds prepared differently to the standard configuration AFTER you arrive, there will be a charge of $100\. This is for our external cleaners to come and arrange the beds and put all new linen on Baby Accessories - We can provide a portacot, high chair and baby bath on request at a fee of $50 . Please notify us at least 3 days prior to arrival. Size: 150 sf Guest Access: We have a dedicated free car parking space for one car (not under cover). Additional visitor car parking is also available on site, but it's on a first come, first served basis and is shared with other houses in the complex. The complex is situated at the top of a steep but short hill. Please note: There are two flights of stairs inside the unit. The Neighborhood: Downtown Queenstown is only a short 5-min walk from the apartment. The house is at the base of the Queenstown Hill walking track... where you can hike up for mind-blowing 360 degree views of the local area. Take in the spectacular views of the Remarkables, Lake Wakatipu and the gorgeous Otago scenery. Having a bath or several long showers will reduce the hot water supply significantly. Recovery time for the water to heat up again is approximately one to two hours. We recommend limiting your showers to approx. 5 minutes each person to conserve enough hot water for everyone. Please note that we have a five day minimum booking requirement over the Christmas -New Year period. Please, no pets, no smoking indoors and no parties. A maximum of 6 guests are allowed. The location is perfect and very close to town, making it easy to access shops and restaurants while still feeling private and peaceful. The views overlooking the lake and surrounding mountains are absolutely spectacular and were a highlight of our stay.The property itself is very clean and spacious, with plenty of room to relax and feel comfortable. Everything was well presented and it felt welcoming as soon as we arrived.The property managers were amazing with communication and we felt very well looked after throughout our stay, which made the experience even more enjoyable.A couple of things to be mindful of for future guests. There is a steep and curvy incline when driving up to the property, which is worth noting, especially for those not used to hill driving and for anyone planning to walk to and from town. There are also quite a few stairs within the property, so this is something to consider when carrying luggage or for anyone with mobility concerns.Overall, this is a lovely place to stay with stunning views and a great location. We enjoyed our morning coffee and wine on the balcony overlooking Queenstown and the lake. It does have stairs to access the property and get that the upper two floors. Uber was our friend, getting us up and down the hill but it was worth it for the view. The host was responsive to all questions and responded quickly during trip planning. ##### Robin D. Easy access. Home was nice, needs a bit of finishing touches tlc, curtains were dismal, literally falling off rails, all need replacing. It is only a short walk to/from the town centre (admittedly uphill on the way home) so super handy for shopping & eating & no need to battle for a parking spot in town.
