Nestled privately at the north end of the town’s vibrant main street, this contemporary double-storey apartment blends modern comfort with unbeatable convenience.

The lower level features two cozy bedrooms: a queen-sized master with a ceiling fan for those warm summer nights, and a charming second bedroom with a plush new double bed. Please note that the bathroom is accessed through the second bedroom, which adds a bit of quirky charm to this lovely setup.

The spacious bathroom includes a full-sized bath and a rainwater showerhead, perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach. For added convenience, you’ll find a washer and dryer tucked away in this area.

Head upstairs to the bright and airy open-plan living space. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, whether you’re whipping up a family feast or a quick snack.

The dining and living areas are stylish and inviting, complete with a large TV and a collection of board games to keep everyone entertained. A split system air conditioner ensures you stay comfortable, and there’s even a convenient powder room hidden behind the kitchen.

Step out onto the north-facing balcony and soak up the sun as you sip your morning coffee from the coffee machine or enjoy a BBQ with loved ones. Brush matting partitions offer a touch of privacy, making this space ideal for relaxing.

‘Marley’s Place’ includes a dedicated car space, allowing you to explore the town on foot and immerse yourself in the local culture. The relaxed vibe of this area invites lazy beach days, exciting fishing boat trips, and leisurely strolls through the main street, where you can discover charming art galleries, unique homewares stores, and superb restaurants.

For added adventures, head over to the nearby harbor for shopping, or take a ferry ride to Sorrento for a fantastic day out. With multiple beaches, parks, and walking tracks close by, and a short drive to explore the attractions of the Bellarine Peninsula, this is the ideal spot for a pleasant and convenient stay. LINEN: Linen and towels are included but you will need to bring your own beach towels.

BEDROOMS: The bedrooms are linked and only have a sliding partition between them having to walk through the second room to the bathroom.

CAN YOU BRING PETS: YES, we love Fur Babies! Up to small 1 well behaved dog is welcome at no additional cost. Pets are not allowed on the furniture or beds. Please bring your own dog bedding, bowls, towels etc. Heads up: Marley’s has a cozy balcony but no grassy garden. If you’re bringing along a small dog, get ready for some fun walks to explore the area together!
