"Staff was super helpful and everything was clean and pleasant! Only warning is that they are working on their elevators (as of Spring 2024) so there is often a long wait getting up and down and a pretty crowded experience once you get on."

"The Empire Hotel is located in a clean, quiet safe area with a one minute walk to the nearest subway located at 59 St-Columbus Circle. Outside the hotel there is always a cab or Uber nearby if you don't want to walk. There are several coffee shops, convenient stores and a deli located nearby. Central Park is literally a five minute walk from your hotel which allows you to have a relaxing twenty minute scenic walk to all the major sites located on 5th Ave. Plus the service at the hotel is excellent. I highly recommend it."
