"Nice hotel, close to everything"
The hotel was tiny and had few amenities - bed and your own bathroom with shower. It was underground so there are no windows and it is perfect if you care more about the city you're visiting and want to be centrally located. You are about 8min walk from Stockholm Central Stn, and can walk to old town and there is plenty of shopping, restaurants and museums. The staff are super friendly if you chat with them. The hotel rooms are underground and above on the main floor is a café. The café has small goodies, drinks and ice cream. Their continental breakfast was very simple. There are no phones in the room. If you're like me and don't care about the room other than to sleep it is fine. They do up keep but don't change sheets or towels. Soap and shampoo are provided in pump which is standard in most European hotels. There is a shelf and a couple of hooks and two hangers for clothes. Plastic cup glasses. But again, I stayed for 5 nights and it did the trick. Again the rate, the staff, and the location are top notch. The bed is soft, but this too is standard in most European hotels, they also operate with twin beds whereas if you're used to US/Canada minimum is a double or queen. All rooms are smaller generally in Europe, so again if you're used to big rooms, this isn't your cup of tea.

"Great place, great location, excellent staff"
The hotel was just what we needed: location was good and the price was right. Breakfast was fantastic and the staff was really great. The only downside was that we were in a room with two singles pushed together to make a double bed. Otherwise, everything was great.

"Triple room overlooking Konserthaus &market square"
Great value! Booked a triple for myself and 2 daughters (17,20). Room consisted of 2 double beds (soft) and 1 pullout bed (firm), nice chair, desk, mini fridge and TV (we didn't watch). The pullout was the best I've ever slept on! Sheets and towels seemed very clean. There is no closet, but 6 hangars on a post and room for setting up large and medium suitcase along the wall. The bathroom was good size with a large shower stall. The tile in the shower seemed a bit old. The single sink was fairly large. Water from the tap maybe the best ever tasted! Great location! Simply turn left outside the door and you're on Drottninggatan, the shopping avenue that reaches Skeppsholmen (Modern Museum), Gamla Stan (Old Town), and beyond the Baltic/Malmerrin locks to Sodermalm. This is a great city for running & walking. 4 days was the perfect amount of time for us (we were lucky in July as it only drizzled for half of one day). On one day, we jogged/walked nearly 20 miles! Running is best at Djurgaarten (park) which is near the Vassamuseet (ship museum) which was so crowded with bus tours at 1pm that we had to skip. Our 5th floor room had a view of the Konserthaus with daily markets in the square. The windows allowed for Stockholm fresh air &were triple-pane soundproofed so noise was not a concern while we crashed at 9/10pm and woke at 7/8am. The breakfast buffet is substantial, including enough options for us (vegetarians) with breads, cheeses, crepes, juices, fruit, and Swedish coffee.

"Excellent location and clean hotel"
This hotel has a great location located about 5 minutes walk from the Central Station in Stockholm. This is where the Arlanda Express train comes in from the Airport (takes 20 minutes and costs about £20). It is in the heart of the shopping/restaurant area so great for finding some lunch/dinner locally. All of the main attractions are within walking distance - Old Town (Gamla Stan) and the parks/gardens/ferries and so on. The hotel is clean and my single room with a window was small but I only needed somewhere to sleep whilst out sightseeing, so almost perfect for a city break hotel room. Decent sized bathroom with a nice big shower. Breakfast is served in what is effectively a 'courtyard' that is formed in the centre of the square shaped building. Excellent breakfast buffet that was great.

"Pleasant Surprise"
The hotel is located a ten minute walk from the Arlanda Express. It's on a side street with mixed use residential and commercial. Very quiet street. Reception staff are not there all night, so if this is important to you, you may not stay here, however, this is typical in smaller hotels. The hotel was also a minutes walk from the main pedestrian street Drottningattan with shops and restaurants, on which you are able to walk straight down to the old town. The buffet breakfast was your typical Scandinavian breakfast, eggs, bacon, cheeses, breads, cereals, sweets, etc. Very nice. I had a single room facing the back courtyard between other apartments and businesses. It was quiet. The room was spacious for a single, with desk, chair, lounge chair, mini bar fridge and ample closet space. The bathroom was clean and provided enough space for me. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. Over a three week trip in Scandinavia it was by far my favourite stay. Cleanliness goes a long way. The beds were comfortable. I didn't notice any air conditioning so I'm not sure how this is in the summer.
