In addition to The Quechee Club, which is just a short walk away, Newton Village offers an on-site community swimming pool and tennis court! Newton Village is a private village located within walking distance to both Lake Pinneo and the Quechee Club. Enjoy access to The Quechee Club! \[See: Guest Access\] This condo offers spacious bedrooms and living spaces. The main floor has an open floor plan from the kitchen which overlooks the dining and large living room. There is also a half bathroom/laundry room and mudroom on the main level of the house. Upstairs is a large master bedroom suite with private bathroom, with bathtub. Downstairs is another large bedroom, full bathroom, also with a bathtub, and family room. All three levels of the home come with Mitsubishi Heating and Cooling wall units. This home comes with renter access to the Quechee Club! Bed setup: King in master, two twins and a futon in the second bedroom and a Queen sized pullout sofa in the living room. Please note: The fireplace is not currently available for guest use. Quechee a perfect location for Hanover, NH, Woodstock and Simon Pearce Glass and Restaurant right in Quechee for a variety of shopping, restaurants and outdoor activities.
