We loved all the windows and jungle sounds. It was clean and well-equipped and we didn't hear any noises from the neighbors around us. Beds were very comfy. We had a great stay! We were only in the Monteverde area for two nights and this location was great for access to zip-lining, nature tours, and the restaurants and shops in Santa Elena. We rented a 4x4, which may not be essential, but was nice to have, as the roads are unpaved and can be rough. The house was clean and comfortable, with a nice deck and lots of large windows to let in the light and the lovely views of the forest and countryside. We saw Emerald toucanets and coatis from the deck and leaf-cutter ants on a walk around the property. Maria was very welcoming and responsive. ##### Julia G. Keep in mind that it is out in the country and the roads to reach the property are dirt and very rough. It is close to several zip line tours which is why we stayed there.
