Very friendly front desk clerk. Told us about all of the sights within walking distance as well as some unique activities a little distance away. Enjoyed being able to sit outside. Also, a selection of different thicknesses of pillows was very much appreciated.

The staff, Michel was very friendly. He provided other information to enjoy my visit. I like the view from the backyard of the motel. It looks very refreshing. The distance to the church is perfect for my pilgrimage.

queen beds on reservation but given doubles.
We had booked queen beds. But we were given double beds. There is a price change to be credited to my account for the doubles. We had to leave earlier than 9:30 when office would have been open so could not request the money difference. Floors were not clean. very close to Basilica which was a great plus.

Thanks Mary for your time to review your stay at our property, your reservation was junior suite with two queen beds river view & this was the room you stayed in with your friends the two nights, so change in room category as you mentioned! Second despite your check out was closed we met many times during your stay while we was searching together to find your cellphone missed in the car & the second day for your stay when you & your friends passing in front of the reception & we said hello to each other so you had the option to reach & talk to me about your concerns several times, about floor cleaning I discussed that with the house keeping stuff & they confirmed that you didn't ask for room service during your stay except changing the towels without authorization to go to your room.Anyway thanks

Motel du base et tres propre
Vieux motel très propre, n'attendez pas pour voir la fantaisie ou luxeruse, vous obtiendrez un endroit propre et confortable pour le séjour, une avantage le motel située au bord du fleuve donc une space de nature avec table a picnic et chaiselongue pour relaxer le moins cher dans la coins et les propriétaires sont très serviables et sympathiques. recommandé et j'y retournerai certainement quand je visitrai à Québec.

Good place to stay with family
Nice place, parking is next to the door so I dont have to carry my luggage to distance. Room was with kitchen which has all the required utensils. Motel is on highway only so I donot need to travel way down. Location is awesome, it is next to many sight seeing places. I surely recommend this place for everyone and specially families with kids. Owner is nice and very friendly.

The room is very dated but had everything you needed and more. The full kitchen is handy and helps keep costs down so you're not eating out all the time. Check in and out was smooth and easy, staff very friendly.

Outdated but very clean room. Full size complete kitchen. Pillows and bedding uncomfortable. We booked a suite with kitchen and two queen size beds plus pull out couch, so the room clearly sleeps five; however they charge just extra for our adult daughter.

The bathroom is very small and the tub was ok for a child to bath in but not an adult. The bathroom could use a deeper clean. Room was ok but not really worth the price. The area it is located in is very nice.

We arrived early before the check in time of 3:00. The owner was very accommodating allowing us to check in early. The room was spacious with good amenities. The fridge worked well plus there was a little coffee maker. The bed was comfortable. Hot water was fast and there was plenty of it. Would stay here again if in the area.
