Staff was friendly. We dont speak French, but they understand English. Room was basic, but clean. Beds were comfortable. Ni breakfast, but there was coffee and tea. Would stay here again.

our room was spacious and clean, the hotel was quiet and parking was convenient. Staff was courteous. A coffee maker in the room would have been nice.

No sliding secure door lock on hotel door - it was broken. Bathroom door has no lock. Windows in room were unlocked when we checked in. No exterior doors to the hotel were locked, anyone could enter at any time, which made us feel very unsafe. Our main door had a deadbolt but no other way of securing the door to ensure nobody could enter the room. We ended up putting furniture in front of the door so that we would hear if anyone tries to enter the room. Just generally felt very unsafe and would NEVER stay here again.

Very good place to stay. Professional staff. The reception guy was very cordial. Smooth check-in and check-out. Daily room service and the room was clean and didn’t smell at all. I will highly recommend it if you are going to Quebec City in your own car.

We stayed at this hotel for a night and it was really worth it. The room and washroom was spotless. Enough parking on the premises. Staff was friendly enough to support in English. Definitely consider to stay next time if I am in Quebec again!

I traveled from USA to Canada an upon arrival, thr management informed me that my booking was canceled. I traveled for 9 hours and expect no signal since it's a different country. It was peack season so every hotel was full. It was a nightmare.
