Property was clean and staff were very friendly. Jacuzzi suites do not have showers, just jucuzzi tub. Also we were upgraded to the deluxe suite because of a problem our assigned room - this delux room had two double beds which doesnt make any sense fo a deluxe room .

Hello there, Our one bed rooms are typically smaller than the rooms with two beds. The pool is heated between 80 to 84 farhenheit!

Very friendly, helpful staff --- guided us to the hotel from a maze in old Quebec (Car GPS wouldn't accept address.) Excellent, inexpensive breakfast with lots of choice.

more than a motel
New bath room, everything is clean like a hotel, Nice swimming pool ___ This is more than a motel, only challenge could be the small size of the parking lot, if your drive a VAN and the room beside you parked a van as well. but hotel staff will help you to locate another parking spot. will come back if we visit Quebec city again some time

Bien située pour visiter Beaupré,île d’orlean. Lit 3/4 confortable ,très propre, air climatisée bruyante mais fonctionnelle, stationnement en face de la chambre chambre insonorisée, beaucoup de service pour le prix. Toutefois dépôt de $100 long à être remboursé .

Vous nous permettez de prendre jusqu'à 100$ de plus que votre prix de chambre si elle n'est pas en bonne condition. Ce 100$ n'a jamais été débité, car la chambre était en bonne condition lors de votre départ, donc il n'aura aucun remboursement.

There was no shower or shower head in the jacuzzi suite room. This was extremely disappointing and was not at all what we were expecting. This was not advertised on their website that the jacuzzi rooms dont have a shower. The floor was also sticky which made us question the cleanlisness of the room. We were dissapointed with our stay.

Hello there, We are sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your stay at our establishment for multiple reasons. That being said, as mentioned in our e-mail confirmation that we sent out along with the check-in info, the deluxe rooms offer a singular whirlpool type bath without a shower head. Our website does mention this as well. We do not have the infrastructure to bear pipes in the ceilings above these rooms. We do provide instructions on how to take a shower if needed, in the shower next to the room. In terms of the cleanliness, all of our rooms are cleaned and then professionally inspected before the clients gain access to the room. Hope this clears up any questions you had! Thanks

Hello there, Sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your stay because of the language barrier. I do need to mention that English here is taught as a second language with minimal proficiency needed, only to run daily errands and so forth. We do our best to accommodate all of our guests though. The swimming pool and hot tub were excellent. In the evening there was uncontrolled access by inebriated guests, but in the morning the area was very good.

Clean, modern rooms. Seem to be recently updated which was good. The bed covers seemed a bit old though. It was very close to Montmorency falls and there is a Tim's at the intersection nearby. The staff were welcoming and pleasant. The room didn't have a microwave so i added one for $10 CAD. They take a $100 deposit at check-in. The one thing that I found off-putting was the lack of natural light and enough lighting in general in the room. There were no privacy screens or lighter curtains to allow for light installed. So opening the curtains would mean that we are sharing the view with passerbys. We stayed for a night so it wasn't a big problem due to our short stay but would otherwise be a point to consider if the stay was longer.

I would say this hotels is not good for families, just for a quick stop and go. The bathroom door was creaking and I had to put some oil for the noise to stop. The beds are not that big. Overall it was good but not great.

The smell of chorine entering the hotel is awful. Once in our room on the 2nd floor, it was fine but we had friends staying on the main floor and they still smelt the chlorine. Room was small and you would think having a superior room that the bath would be in the bathroom but it was in the room with a curtain separating it. Bathroom is very small with only toilet and a pedestal sink so hard to put stuff on it when doing hair or make up. On the plus side, our bed and pillows were very comfortable and A/C worked very well. There is also a pool, whirlpool and sauna which is nice. So overall, I would give it a 3/5.

We liked the private rooms. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was a little small, very crowded. They had television service but majority of the channels were French channels. Due to covid, we did not have room service (we stayed for two nights).
