Was excellent stay for me and my family. Staff were friendly and for the price you pay nice rooms. Nice that there is parking and free breakfast

The Hotel was pretty clean and the rooms were huge. The pool was a nice addition. The only critique I have is the mattresses are very uncomfortable. It would have been nice to have a better mattress than the cheapest spring mattress available.

The room didn’t smell the best, we were ok with that as we went for one of the cheapest places, the continental breakfast could use some actual food, but again we were ok with that. What we were not ok with was the young man working the desk in the morning who one could only say must clearly hate his job. If you want to have that friendly staff attraction, get rid of Mr negative.

Le prix était très élevé pour la qualité de l'hôtel. À la réception, tout était vraiment très lent, long et pratiquement malaisant. Le staff en cuisine était très gentil, souriant et serviable. L'odeur dans le hall d'entrée se dissipe dès qu'on monte au deuxième. La chambre était correcte, mais ce n'était pas un gros wow.

My 4 th stay and I really enjoy this nice little hotel. I really appreciate the pool for my morning swim. The place is super quiet. Ideal for business travel.

Despite being an older/more used property, everything was clean. Quiet property, staff is present but we didn’t need much so very little interaction. Very good quality vs price for a simple weekend getaway.

As I said in a previous review, this place is a perfect stop for business people "on the road". Nothing magical, but everything is clean and tidy. Plus, 2 bars and an indoor swimming pool 😀 (and free parking 🚗 ). 9 minutes, no more no less from Old Québec.

It was close to the cross country (nordic) ski centre. This was the reason for our stay. The facilities are basic but comfortable.

I like that the rooms are big and that the two beds are separated with french doors. I like that it was really easy for the other people in my party to get their room keys even though I was the one that made the reservations. I did not like that the bar tender is really slow and does not know how to make drinks.
