Stayed for a week for March Break. Underground parking, ski locker and access to a pool (not on site) were benefits as was the ski in/ski out access. Overall, a very good stay!

Great location - nice staff

Pros: proximity, fireplace and Kitchen.
Cons: very firm murphy bed in studio (not a full matress in our unit) - front desk said they had matress pads - so ask for one or get 1 bedroom unit
Nice place, nice to have space and kitchen so close to the hill.

Older condos but very clean. We always stay here because of the location. your 20 steps from the base of the hill.

Everything is using a tradition key, even garage. While it is not easy to open the room...The room is too small.

Good view but....

Cons: Staff should be educated. On call staff should be there to help not to nag.
Nice view from the hotel. We checked in (8:55 PM) at the end of August into two condos ( fitting 6 guests). They gave us 2 rooms, one with an AC and the other one was without an AC and a terrible rotten smell!! When I went down to the reception at 9:15 PM, they were closed (we were informed earlier). So I called there call- center and they did arrange another room through a supervisor who visits the location from time to time (no on call duty person for the area we are in!!). After two hours we accidently closed the door while the keys are inside the room, so we were stuck! Again there is no one on call, so we had to wait for 45 minutes for the same guy to show up. When he showed up, he opened the room (we gave him a good tip), he was annoyed and said: "two times in the same night!!". It is his job, just imagine if we requested extra towels!!! This place should not be considered a hotel and should not be listed under hotels. it should be listed under furnished condos! Over all, staff were rude. Defiantly not going there again, ever!!

Nice location

Location: Village was very quiet. Almost all stores are closed during the summer. Reasonable price and only 1/2h from Quebec City and 5min from St Anne Canyon.
Nice location. Clean room and main areas but very outdated decor.

We had a great deal of difficulty finding where to check in. No signs. Our place was nowhere near check in (had to drive). Place was as basic as possible. Fairly cleanish. Cheap everything. Promised pools...they were locked when we tried to use them. Could see through window that hot tub had no water. When I complained, the woman at the front desk whined that they were understaffed. Never staying again.
