"Nice hotel near the parliment"
Very nice and comfortable room with a great view of old Quebec. But was very disappointed in the quality of the food, just horible. At the price the meals were they could at least make an effort to make somthing good and fresh. The hot buffet breakfast is very expensive and was not very good. Holiday Inn Express breakfast offers more choices and tastes better and its free! I travel often in Quebec an always ate very well anywhere i went. :-(

"Nice hotel and even better pool"
This hotel is really nice (although hallways and rooms are way too dark for me) and the pool facilities are just amazing (much better than most hotels I go to) The downside was that employees were on a strike and they were somewhat blocking the entrance so that's a big downside, but who I am to judge people that work for 12-14$ an hour, I would strike to I guess! Other than that pillows were not that comfortable (really small and not high end) but I now travel with my own pillow so I don't get that trouble in any hotels although I must say these were particularly bad. All in all friendly staff and nice clean hotel, would recommend, especially for the cheap price.

"Very well located but noisy"
We were upgraded for free to a 22nd floor room when the woman at the desk saw that we were not some 18 year olds who were goong to wreack havoc. We really were happy about it because the first ten floors seemed pretty rowdy. It is super weel located, you can walk on either direction on Grande Allée to go clubbing, dining or sightseeing.

"Pleasant surprise"
Very welcoming environment despite small lobby area. Staff were very helpful. Good amenities including hot tub, great view across the golf course, spa, gym. The hotel was built with a spa and relaxation in mind. Room was as expected. Only downfall was no microwave. Restaurant had some good menu. Free shuttle to old quebec which was a pleasant surprise.
