There are renovations going on in the property that make entering a bit confusing. The instructions could have more guidance or photo explaination. The reception staff is a bit firm and could also be more helpful to explain the floor plan or compassionate when it comes to their policies.

Nice pool, but wished it was open weekdays before 1700hrs. Lovely staff, clean rooms but in need of some small repairs. Overall, a reasonable place to stay with kids. Great location

Very close to tourist attractions, walking distance through the old city. Great heated outdoor pool, only disappointed that it was only open from 5-9pm

I was put on a floor full of children running non stop on floor and they put me next to elevator. I complained and front desk did nothing to compensate!

Great location! Staff were wonderful! Was greeted by bellhop Diego l, who helped with luggage, and gave wonderful suggestions of happenings in the area.

Parking is an issue. 1) construction is ongoing for months 2) exit at level C doesn't allow the baggage cart to reach the car. 3) one has to decide for each day the number of in-out he plans. Room has no microwave. :( Beside that, facilities are clean and personnel is very kind.

The location of the hotel was perfect for what we needed. The front desk reps were polite and helpful, however: - hotel is very dated - carpets were dirty in room - elevator dipped a few times when in it - pool was closed the entire visit (kids were looking forward to that) - I still haven’t been reimbursed by the Parko rep for parking I paid for which should’ve been included - no proactivity by front desk rep to remind me of my 50$ credit at the restaurant (I almost forgot and had to ask) - we stayed 2 nights and no one came to empty garbage, replace dirty cups or towels in need. We had to seek them out on our 2nd day

We booked a room for one night and wanted something comfortable. The room had a great view and once we turned up the heat, it was comfortable. The bed, however, was just okay. The mattress was too firm and there weren’t enough blankets. The worst though was the shower. We had a trickle of water from the shower head and the rest came through the bathtub faucet. The other problem was that the lightbulb in the door entrance was burnt out. Even with the other lights on and the curtains open, we had a hard time finding our boots and the key. Frankly, I was disappointed. We mentioned all of this to the receptionist at the front desk. She was very polite but by then we were checking out so it was too late for her to do anything to help us.

Old hotel showing its age
Acceptable but not the best place to stay. Hotel is old and showing its age, dirty carpet, old heating system, elevators of questionable safety, and a big hole/soft spot in mattress. Despite the condition of the hotel the staff and service was excellent. The room was cleaned each day and extra towels were delivered promptly. $25 breakfast buffet was a joke. All the food in the hot trays was cold and I left to eat elsewhere. I wouldn’t recommend the hotel bar either unless you’re sticking to beer/wine. The cocktails were disappointing and my Old fashioned tasted like chlorine.

Delta Quebec
Hotel is in a good location. Currently undergoing significant renovations which created detours to get to rooms and dusty parking lot. Buffet breakfast was overpriced - similar quality to free breakfasts that are provided at other hotels but instead have to pay $25 per person. Entire building feels dated so renovations are long overdue.

Will not recommend this to anyone. No parking instructions before checking in so you need to find a parking on the street before checking in. tub is clogged, phone is not working so you cannot call the front desk if you need anything. Not enough towels in the room so we need to go to the front desk to let them know, and felt unsafe walking in the neighborhood.

Nice place to stay. Walking distance from old Québec, plenty of good restaurants nearby. Just park your car in the underground garage and enjoy your stay in this beautiful city.

No plastic bags in the trash, no complimentary slippers and for the price paid, I was not expecting to have the toilet side by side (litteraly stuck) to the the shower door! Not very comfortable !

The property is under construction. Gym and pool were not available. Hallways were dirty and worst of all they forgot to clean our room for the two days that we stayed here. Some staff didn’t speak English other staff members were friendly. We were given wrong information about the tour bus hours and not enough information about the pick up spot. I asked for a discount because the room was not made up for two days, but the manager never got back to us. All and all I’m very disappointed in this property.

After a thorough examination of your stay, you had a 'Do not disturb' sign on your door when housekeeping came to do your room. That is why the room wasn't made for two days. We have staff day and night to provide you with anything you need, shall you need towels, amenities or anything else. Even if we are currently doing renovations, the pool stays open for its regular hours Monday to Friday from 5pm to 9pm, Saturday from 9am to 9 pm and Sunday from 9am to 1 pm, and from 5pm and 9pm. Even if we are a french province of Canada, all our frontdesk and restaurant staff are requiered to speak english fluently. Speaking english is not a requirement for our housekeeping staff. A follow-up will be made with every single of our concierge to make sure they are comfortable with the buses schedule. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. Warmest regards,

Assigned room carpet was wet - almost saturated. The staff were courteous but had to get someone from maintenance to confirm the carpet was soaked, then try to reassign a new room - all in all about 2 hours to get a new room. I think they have reduced staffing while the renovations are going on as the restaurant also seemed short on staff but everyone was very helpful and courteous. Very convenient location!

Check in was a breeze. The room was ready and clean. unfortunately there was construction going on the the entrance to the hotel which made it uninviting and a little difficult to get into.
