"Great Hotel"
The hotel is amazing, staff are very friendly and helpful. The pool area is very unique due to the live plants and vines covering the walls and windows. It has large bird cages with actual live exotic birds to add to the ambience. Everything at the hotel was A+. Our only tiny complaint is the the pillows are really, really soft. I hate soft pillows. We didn't ask for firmer ones, so they may actually have some if asked. The air conditioner was a bit annoying, you couldn't set it to keep the fan running even if it wasn't calling for air. It was either fan on all the time or ac on all the time. The ac would come on and off every 15 minutes with a clunk and then turn off and it was dreadfully quiet. I can't stand quiet without a fan or something. Other hotels we have been at, you can choose the turn the ac on and keep the fan running non stop, even when the ac is off for the moment. But that is just us and our weird quirks. Other than that we give it a solid 5 star.

"Great stay!"
This hotel is located just outside the walls of the city. We walked everywhere! It was a great location......just steps away from the Citadel and the Parliament building. That being said, it is not a romantic getaway hotel. It is attached to the convention center, so it is very impersonal, filled with business people and meeting venues. The hotel staff were wonderful, could not do enough to help us. Claudine, the front desk clerk, even took my phone number and texted me each day to see if we needed anything. That was a first! On my next trip, I would like to try a smaller hotel, maybe a B and B inside the city, just to get more of the charm that is Quebec. However, that takes nothing away from the Hilton.

"Nice clean and quiet hotel with friendly staff"
free shuttle service to and from Old Quebec City, being the first stop was a bonus. Bilingual staff, good hearty breakfast. The front desk arranged for our taxi for 4:30am. We were very well taken care of, as always with any Best Western. The only thing I would like to see, is a more casual dinner venue, being so far from any other restaurants. We found we had to stay downtown for dinner and bring a taxi back to the hotel for 22.00CAN. Maybe a lounge with some finger food and smaller plates with TV for snacking and watching sporting events. It's a nice hotel, and I recommend it. Free coffee on the hop is nice too. Since there is a spacious lobby, I recommend a meet and greet wine and beer at 5pm every day, so we can catch up with the peeps we meet while we wait for the bus, that would be fun!! Best Western Tuscan in SF does this, it goes over very well.

Very nice hotel. Clean rooms and staff were friendly and very accommodating. Did not like the location though because traffic in Canada is awful and it always too so long to get to our site seeing destinations. Loved the convenience of the shuttle. Staff were very, very friendly and always willing to make sure we were happy. Just wish this hotel was located in downtown Old Quebec. Stay in Urbania section!
