"Comfortable hotel in the heart of all attractions"
The hotel is clean and has a trendy decor. The bed is super comfy. The room is so quiet even though we are steps away from all he great restaurants, museum, events by the port. We can see St. Lawrence river from our room (54). The shower heads are geniously designed that I want to have the same one at home! Staff always greet me with a smile and offers great advice on dining and good spots to catch firework. The free breakfast was plentiful honestly I would pay $15 per head for this quality of meal.

Great location. Right at the St Jean gates, the entry way to the old city. Fabulous shops and restaurants close by. Excellent Italian restaurant downstairs - Ristorante Il Teatro with beautiful live music. We walked everywhere including the old port. So much to see. Wish we stayed longer.

This is a great hotel. The rooms are very nice. The bed is comfortable. We enjoyed the morning breakfast. The location is good. You are close to the shops and to the waterfront. I particularly liked the coffee machine. I was able to have a capachino at any time night or day, decaf too. The staff was very helpful. It was nice to come back after dinner to see our bed made and chocolates on the pillow.

"Coolest Hotel I've Ever Stayed In..."
Definitely one of the best travel experiences I have ever had. The hotel itself is gorgeous and so unique. The staff is amazing and goes out of their way to make sure you have everything you want and need. They make staying in an ice fortress comfortable and fun. We enjoyed the snowshoeing trails behind the hotel, the hot tubs, the ice bar, ice carving activities, and just looking at all the beautiful and intricate decorations in the hotel. We ended up paying extra to upgrade to a decorated room with a fireplace and loved staying in our castle in the Nedland room. We felt like Lady and Lord Stark of Winterfell, which we loved even more. The whole experience was amazing and definitely something to cross off our bucket lists and to remember forever.

"Close to old city shopping"
This hotel is within easy walking of the old Quebec City shopping district. The valet parking was easy and affordable. The hotel is very clean and the room was well appointed, large and very comfortable. The on site restaurant provided good food. We would certainly stay here again.
