"Great location"
Only a 5-7 minute walk to the citadel, a 10-15 minute walk to Old Quebec. The beds were comfortable and the room was a decent size and clean.

"Good position"
We stayed for 2 nights after disembarking from a cruise ship. It was very close to the cruise terminal, and we were allowed to check in earlier than stipulated when we booked. It is very handy to tourist areas. The staff were quite pleasant.

Hotel Acadia

43 Rue Sainte-ursule, Quebec - Map
This hotel was unbeatable for room size, location and price. Everything you could ever want in old Quebec city is within a 15 minute walk from the door. As far as the room it's self goes, wow! We were not expecting so much space. We were definitely impressed. The hotel is older so not everything was in the best condition, but nothing was falling apart. It was part of the charm of the place. Like the double pane windows and fire place. I only had one issue with this hotel. We booked a room at the Hotel Acadia but apparently it's three separate hotels. So even though we checked in at the Acadia we were then told to walk two blocks and around the corner to a different hotel. It was a little strange and very inconvenient since we unloaded our luggage in front of the wrong hotel. I'd suggest checking in, finding out which of the three buildings your room is in, unloading and then parking. We parked in the underground parking lot beneath the Citadel. It ended up being a bargain and much better than the hotel parking situation. Over all I would absolutely stay in this hotel again.

Room service everyday, bed made and floor mopped! Very nice upper deck, you don't have to chill in your room. Very child friendly, our 2yr old had a terrific time. Very friendly and helpful staff, asked every morning what we had planned and gave suggestions. NO breakfast included, just to be clear on that.

Le Haute Ville

"Nice Place to Stay in Old Quebec CIty"
We really enjoyed our stay at Le haute Ville in Old Quebec CIty. Our room was comfortable and well appointed in a very old building just inside the Old City's walls. The room had a kitchenette with a small fridge and cooktop. There was also a microwave but it was on a very awkward shelf that was in a dangerous spot just around the corner from the bathroom door. The unit had a window air conditioner that was not well insulated for sound and there was a lot of street noise on our first night. We had to find a way to improvise our own sound proofing. The hotel is in a great location close to all parts of the Old CIty and very walkable. Parking was a problem but, once we found an indoor parking garage down the street, all was good. Overall, we enjoyed the unit even though there were a few bugs and a lot of stairs to climb...not for the faint of heart!!!!
