"Great place for family 4 day stay!"
Great location if you have a car. Free parking. Very quiet. Lots of sight seeing places 15 minutes drive away. We had a nice two bedroom suite. Basically a great apartment. Spacious rooms. (2 bathrooms, though one was awkward-toilet too close to sink cupboard so there was no room to sit on it comfortably.) I had to ask Maya for extra towels, dish soap, scrub and extra cups, bowls, plates which she quickly provided. She also brought coffee filters the next day but they were the wrong size. We will definitely come back and stay here again. Maya said they would be renovating hotel lobby and outdoor pool terrace for next summer. The apartment needs to have a broom and dustpan provided or a vacuum. There is no daily housekeeping service so floors gets crumbs, etc. They should also provide paper towels and a dish cloth and a more than one sharp knife.-We did a lot of cooking in the kitchen. (Fortunately I read reviews ahead of time and brought my own.) And a few cushions and a throw blanket on the sofas would have made tv watching a bit more comfy...

"Can't beat the price"
We had a lovely stay in a 1 bedroom apartment in very good location on Mount Royal... Pros: Huge, private apartment equipped with every amenity you may need, great location in the center of mount royal, close to transportation, clean, and affordable Cons: The bed was a little too firm for my liking but not a big deal, there were no curtains to cover the patio door that covered 1 wall of the living room so felt kind of exposed and the washing machine made a horrible rattling noise when on the spin cycle so we were scared to use it (but if you don't need a washer, it's perfectly fine. It was nice to have that option).

"Beautiful little place, full kitchen, so easy."
This is more like having your own apartment in a perfect location - the heart of the old city. Getting the keys was easy, and after that we had no contact with the owner because we didn't need to; the room was in perfect shape, came with everything we needed, and including instructions on what to do when we left. There were a number of nice little touches in the room, such as guidebooks, a map, and sugar for our coffee (the kitchen has a coffee maker, which made the mornings extra-lovely).

Appartement sur la Main

"On st Laurent "
We were in room 301 facing St Laurent, very popular, fun, busy and LOUD. Next time I'd request a room toward the back. Windows shut and air conditioning on, and still traffic noise. A/C unit was rigged up with a cheap large plastic pipe which fell out of the window and we had to re-rig it, but then it worked, thank goodness as it was hot and humid and did I mention LOUD so the white noise was crucial. The building was very solidly built, absolutely NO creaking floors when we walked so the room was fine for all three of us (brother slept on the couch), and we didn't disturb each other when we got up early etc. The person who let us in was friendly and helpful and prompt. We had a problem with the circuit breaker overloading but he was very quick in telling us how to reset the breaker. Quality of the kitchen cabinets was obviously cheapest of the cheap as they were falling apart. Slimy equipped kitchen but we didn't use it. Stove and fridge were functional.

"Close to everything"
The Lofts are close to everything, particularly if your there for the winter Carnival. Lots of places to eat close by and everything is within walking distance. The Loft was very clean, and each room has its own temperature control so it makes it easy for guests who may like it a bit warmer in one bedroom than the rest of the apartment. It had a full very modern kitchen with microwave, toaster, ect... Because these are apartments / lofts, there is no staff on site. You are given a code to get into the building from the street, then another code for your apartment door. The bathrooms are fully furnished with linens, soap, shower gel, etc..
