"This is a self-check in property. We did not receive the door code needed to get into the property, our room number or the room code. We called the number that was very hard to find and was able to finally get in. We also helped two other couples who also did not receive their info leaving them stranded outside the door. A simple sign with the phone number would have been helpful. Sending the info via email and not just a text message would have also been helpful. The room was delightful and...
