Having a pass to park in a garage was a plus. Unfortunately, we didn't read the reviews before booking. There was nowhere to put any of your belongs except on the floor. There was one very small stand in each room to put a few things on but not big enough for 2 people to use. There were a few hooks in one bedroom but none in the second bedroom or bathroom which made it difficult to find a place to put a wet towel. I realize space is limited but hooks would be a nice addition. We also didn't realize that there was nowhere to sit except at the kitchen table which had 2 chairs and a wooden bench. Maybe a seat cushion on the bench would help. We made it work for the four nights we were there. The mini splits didn't work but fortunately after our second day there we saw men working on other units so they reset them for us though only one continued to work. We tried to contact the owner through the VRBO app but the app wasn't easy to use. Though I pointed some negatives, the location and access to parking made up for it. ##### Kathryn R. However, it did fall a little short. The apartment felt a little unclean- we saw dust bunnies and a granola bar wrapper under the bed. One of the mattresses was uncomfortable and the quality of the bed frames felt unsafe. We also did not expect from the listing that the apartment complex would be under construction with lots of equipment and garbage in sight.
