Super close to Montmorency falls. A bit further out from downtown but very doable by car. Kind of an odd location next to a gas station/dépanneur but this actually proved to be very helpful over the holidays when most stores were closed. Hot tub was great. A couple of concerns were the very narrow steps leading up to the apartment. My partner actually had quite a nasty fall on our last day. We also were a bit concerned about egress options. These issues are likely common with older Quebec City homes, but still warrant addressing. ##### Lisa H.
