This is in an exceptional location, and along with the price and the fact that parking is included, this VRBO property gets 5 stars. We had a great stay and really enjoyed Quebec City and this location. The owner had excellent, prompt communication and instructions regarding arrival and the stay. The apartment itself is nice but quite basic. It had just about everything we needed and was comfortable. A few small things: the floor is uneven (it's an old building), the bathroom is tiny and the kitchen is adequate but small (it would be helpful to have a colander). The light/fan unit in the bedroom was dysfunctional - the fan turns on when you turn the light on, and continues to turn on and off on its own, so we just didn't use the bedroom ceiling light. I wouldn't recommend anyone with mobility difficulties stay here because the stairs to the apartment are a bit steep and the tiny bathroom with an awkward step up into the shower would be problematic. For us, though, this was an excellent location and a solid, functional apartment for an appropriate price. Thank you! ##### Thomas C.
