"We like that it is a museum as well as a beautiful hotel, with all the artifacts displayed beautifully in the the walls and even in each room.
The staff is efficient and super friendly. This was our third time staying there."
"This is one of the best hotel stays in our wide travel experience. Service from every member of staff was excellent. The hotel was spotless with great beds, linen, pillows, etc. It is a five star hotel with a 3.5 star price. Location was unbeatable!"
"Rooms are huge and nice. Location is great. They should add a few paintings to the walls, just to break them up a little. I would happily stay there again. Nice view of the river, if the room is high enough."
"Automatic hotel NO Staff
First experience of such a hotel . Would not repeat. Having to wait until 3pm to access hotel as staffless. When you arrive early and want to drop off luggage. I discovered a luggage store with code on day of leaving. Maybe I should have asked if this would have been possible on arrival day. But it certainly isn’t stated in hotel details .
Do not like the aspect of no staff on site "
"This property is located in Old Town Quebec. It’s within walking distance to numerous restaurants and shops. The room and bathroom are somewhat small but well appointed. There’s no coffee or fridge in the room but coffee and a continental breakfast (separate charge) was available. The hotel did provide a small fridge to our friends who needed to store medication. The staff were wonderful and helpful. We would stay there again."
"This adorable hotel is situated on a somewhat quiet street in Quebec city.
This is an excellent location if you enjoy walking to all the historic sites that Quebec city has to offer.
Staff was excellent, room was adorable and quite comfortable, food options nearby are Numerous and amazing.

"The hotel was awesome and the pool area is amazing! The staff were very friendly and did everything they could to help us with anything we needed. Will definitely be staying there again next time we visit Quebec City. "
"Great renovated, classic building. Steep stairs leading to main entrance not good for elderly and/or infirm customers. Not a great breakfast offering. Nice, large, clean, comfortable room."
