It was decorated in a cute, eclectic style. It was well-furnished with everything we needed. It was about a 15-20 minute pleasant walk to Old Quebec City which had lots of restaurants and sites. We were just a block from coffee shops and restaurants plus a grocery store just a few blocks away. There is a great strip of restaurants grocery stores, shops steps away. Old Quebec about a 20-25 minute walk. Don't be alarmed by the reviews regarding the homeless. The flat is conveniently located about a mile from the Old City with many fun shops and conveniences very close by. The flat itself is pristine with lovely picture windows. We had a slight hiccup with entering the building but a friendly neighbor assisted us with access. Would stay again! ##### Jozlyn S. Unfortunately, the neighborhood is LOADED with homeless people. They yell, scream and bang all night long, making it impossible to sleep with the windows open. It was very frightening. Locals (tour guide and uber drivers) told us that the block the property is on is considered a "hot spot" that they do not usually go to. ##### Eileen D.
