Stunning holiday home in spectacular position with private swimming pool with salt water and 280 degrees sea views! The villa is located in the South East coast of Sardinia, renowned for its splendid beaches and breathtaking sceneries, off the coastal road that takes from Cagliari to Villasimius
Villa Paradiso is the perfect home for anyone looking to relax in the most beautiful surrounding that no picture can properly represent. The villa is in fact blessed with both amazing views of the Mediterranean sea from pretty much every angle of it and of the Seven Brothers natural Oasis, one of the greenest and most charming parts of Sardinia.
Built on two floors, the villa has the benefit of great outside spaces with a large paved veranda that surrounds it on three sides, all facing the sea, as well as a pergolapatio cover, with solid roof. The veranda is accessed by three flights of stairs, for a total of 51 easy to climb steps and it can be described for simplicity as if it were divided in three parts. The climb is really worth the effort as the views from the top of the stairs are of exceptional beauty.
The first part of the veranda at the end of the steps, surrounds the beautiful panoramic pool and it is perfect for sunbathing in the sleek and modern sun lounges the second part is the one that gives access to the living area and it is furnished for front sea all fresco dining the third part has a built-in barbecue perfect to cook meat, fish and vegetables that you can buy fresh everyday at Cagliari's renown civic markets. Whatever you cook in the evenings do not forget to have that glass of winebeer ready to enjoy the breathtaking sunsets.
There is also an outside shower next to the pool.
The patio cover, which faces the pool and the sea is comfortably furnished and therefore perfect for relaxation.
Internally the villa is divided on two floors with the living area been on the top floor and the sleeping area on the lower one for extra coolness during the hottest nights.
The living room is composed of sitting area and dining area as well as fully fitted kitchenette with microwave, oven, dishwasher, 4 cooker hobs, sink with two taps one for tap water and one for filtered tap water, pots and pans and all sort of kitchen and cooking utensils. You will also find an American coffe maker as well as an Italian espresso maker.
At the back of the living area, by the stairs that lead to the night area, there is a complete shower room (with sink, shower enclosure and bidet) and door that takes to the back of veranda to the laundry area with the washing machine.
On the lower floor we have 2 bedroom (one double and a twin). The villa is ideal for a maximum of 4 people.
The two single beds in the twin bedroom can be joined together to form a double bed. There is also a second full shower room.
The two bedrooms also have direct access to a patio with delightful sea views.
In spite of its being semi-detached the villa offers total and blissful privacy. The outdoor spaces have been designed to allow the full enjoyment of both the pool and the sea views.
The villa is ideal for anyone looking for peace, privacy and relaxation.
The distance from the sea, as the crow flies, is of 200 m. A few minutes drive away you will find several bars, restaurants and supermarkets. The nearest pebble beach is 700 m away. The nearest sandy beach is about 2 km away going in direction of Cagliari. If you do decide to go towards Villasimius the nearest sandy beach is 3 km away.
A car is strongly recommended to make the most of your holiday.
To make sure you make the most of your stay in our villa I have prepared a welcome book complete with suggestions and details of local amenities, attractions and beaches to visit during your stay. The book contains a wealth of information regarding the area, where to go, what to see and where to eat as well as information regarding the nearby beaches both sandy and pebbly all of which are at short driving distance from the villa.
Some of the beaches of exceptional beauty in the vicinity are: Mari Pintau, Geremeas, Torre delle Stelle and Villasimius. The villa is also a short drive from the international airport of Cagliari – Elmas.
Regarding check in: we pride ourselves in striving to contribute as much as we can to make your holidays in Sardinia as memorable as possible.
We are available 7 days a week should you have any query and try to be as prompt as we can in solving any issue you may have during your stay. We will not intrude because we respect your privacy, but please do not be shy if you need our help, we are here for you and happy to be of help!
Regarding check in and check out time: usual check in time is from 4 pm but of course we will try to check you in as early as possible in case of early arrivals in Sardinia. If you have a late flight, please do not worry as you will receive full instructions on how to get to the villa and to get the keys. Check out time is by 10 am.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 week stay here. Simply the most gorgeous view to wake up to every morning. The house is spotlessly clean, the beds are comfy and the kitchen has all the basics you need. We appreciated all the electrical outlets and charging connections. A small thing to mention I know … but the hosts have been quite thoughtful around what global travellers may need. The location and property are idyllic and it is an easy drive into Cagliari. We absolutely recommend this VRBO.

#### Wonderful Cosy Villa
A well equipped beautifully situated villa high on a Sardinian hillside. The pictures represent it exactly. Sunny all day but with a nice cooling breeze to keep things comfortable. Quite a few steps to get in and out but good exercise for the leg muscles. Karin and Angela were very helpful in getting us into the villa very late at night as our ferry was cancelled and sorting out a minor electrical issue. The recycling is rather complex but that is down to the local authorities. All in all, highly recommended.

#### An amazing stay in Sardinia
This is a very nice vacation home with a $1,000,000 view. We enjoyed this place so much, that some days we just stayed home. The home was clean, enjoyable, and the air conditioning came in handy. There are a lot of steps leading from the parking lot to the home, but that comes with having a beautiful view. When I first booked this home, I did so based on the house pool, and view, not the location. Once I was there, I found that the location for reaching beaches with turquoise water, great restaurants, and supermarkets was very good. Within 15 minutes, I was able to drive to some of the most beautiful beaches that I have ever seen. We loved staying here and would recommend it. You can best take advantage of this location if you have car. The owners are nice and responsive.

#### Truly paradise
The house is in a fantastic location, the view is breathtaking. The communication with the owners has worked well from the beginning, questions were answered directly and in a very nice way. The house offers everything you need for a perfect stay. If you arrive late (after 9 pm) and want to enjoy the evening with a glass of wine or beer, you should plan a stop at the gas station or buy something at the airport. Supermarkets close at 9 am, earlier on weekends. Remember dish towels. For people with walking disabilities, the long stairs to the house could be a challenge. For those who are good on foot, no problem. For the way to the supermarket or restaurant you need a car in any case. There is nothing in the immediate vicinity on foot. We can only recommend Villa Paradiso, you can not get enough of the view. Great vacation, unfortunately much too short :-)

Wir hatten einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt in diesem traumhaften Ferienhaus auf Sardinien! Das Haus ist modern, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und lässt wirklich keine Wünsche offen. Besonders beeindruckend ist der Infinity-Pool – der Blick auf das Meer ist einfach atemberaubend und macht jeden Moment dort zu etwas ganz Besonderem.Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut und alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die ruhige Lage hat uns begeistert: absolute Erholung, und trotzdem sind Strände, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten schnell erreichbar.Die Gastgeber waren ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit, was unseren Urlaub noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder – dieses Haus ist ein echtes Juwel auf Sardinien!

Von der Villa auf das Meer ist genial. Wir haben jeden Abend den Sonnenuntergang 🌅 genossen. Der Pool ist sehr schön, groß genug und vor allem endlich einmal tief! Was uns sehr gefallen hat war die absolute Ruhe, die wir sehr genossen haben. Wie hier schon erwähnt wurde, haben wir nur selten „unseren“ Berg verlassen weil wir mit dem Pool, der Aussicht und der Ruhe alles hatten was wir uns für eine Auszeit vom Alltag gewünscht haben. Der Kontakt zu Karim und Angela war herzlich und sie waren jederzeit für uns erreichbar.

#### Wunderbar
Alles lief bestens, sehr schnelle und freundliche Kommunikation mit den Vermietern. Die Unterkunft entspricht genau der Anzeige. Der Ausblick ist fantastisch. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit dort und können Villa Paradiso uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

#### Bellissima casa con vista fantastica
Bellissima casa facile da raggiungere, molto spaziosa, splendida vista mare, Infinity Pool con vista mare. Terrazzo molto grande. La griglia ormai è un pò vecchia. Una nuova griglia a gas sarebbe perfetta e piu facile da usare. Mancano asciugamani per stoviglie.

#### Grandiose Aussicht
Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Urlaubswoche. Morgens beim Frühstück und abends beim sun downer haben wir die grandiose Aussicht genossen. Tagsüber sind wir an die Strände von Villasimius gefahren. Das Haus bietet alles was man benötigt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Pool und Terrasse sind wunderbar und bieten einen traumhaften Blick auf due Bucht von Cagliari. Wir waren zum zweiten mal da, weil wir es so schön fanden. Sicher ein Fehler von mir das Haus zu bewerten. Dann wollen noch mehr Leute da hin...

#### Una settimana bellissima
Angela e Karim, con estrema serietà, professionalità e competenza, hanno consentito alla nostra famiglia di vivere una settimana superlativa presso Villa Paradiso. Posizione meravigliosa, unità abitativa perfetta nella struttura, organizzazione, pulizia e nei particolari logistici. Tutto rivela grande consapevolezza e capacità inusuali nella accoglienza. A loro il nostro Grazie sentito con il proposito di rinnovare l’esperienza il prossimo anno.

#### Fantastische Rundsicht
Wir verbrachten eine Woche mit mit unsern Enkeln (11 und 13 Jahre) in der Villa Paradiso. Der Pool war der Hit für die Buben, kein Strand konnte dies toppen. Wir haben oft selbst gekocht. Gut eingerichtete Küche etwas knapp Platz. Geschätzt haben wir das gefilterte Wasser, das ersparte uns das Flaschen schleppen. Gute Kommunikation mit den Vermietern Angela und Karim. Ein wunderschöner Platz zum Ferien machen.
