Located on the coast of Quartu Sant'Elena, Villa Chiara is a detached villa of 100 sqm that can accommodate up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. You have a well-equipped private kitchen, air conditioning in the living room and the master bedroom, TV, Wi-Fi, washing machine, and a cot for small children.  
  
Outside, you can relax and dine in the private garden and on the covered terrace, while the barbecue allows you to cook outdoors. The private pool, open from late May to mid-October, offers refreshing moments during the warmer months, completed by a convenient outdoor shower.  
  
The villa offers 3 parking spaces and welcomes pets.

Villa Chiara enjoys a strategic position to reach the beautiful beaches of Solanas, Torre delle Stelle, and Villasimius, as well as the lively city of Cagliari, making it an ideal base for exploring the coastal and urban attractions of the area.
