The villa is strategically located in the gulf of Cagliari, it is an excellent starting point for visiting the sea and the beaches on the south coast of Sardinia, only 10 minutes by car from the famous POETTO beach, 20 min from the centre of CAGLIARI and 20 min from Villasimius. Nearby there are supermarkets, shopping centres and restaurants where you can taste excellent local food. Equipped with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room with kitchen, garden and private parking, outdoor beds, outdoor shower and swimming pool. Amenities: dishwasher, washing machine, wifi, TV, air conditioning, microwave, outdoor barbecue.Ideal for families with children or for 2-3 couples of friends, who want to visit South Sardinia, but who also want to relax and enjoy the charming pool area or an aperitif at sunset. The lounge has a view of the garden. In summer, guests can eat on the private patio (furnished with chairs, table) and enjoy the garden and pool area in complete relaxation. From the garden one enters a cosy living area with a lounge and a kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, oven, microwave, toaster, pressure cooker and . In the sleeping area also on the ground floor there is a double bedroom and a comfortable bathroom with a large modern shower. On the attic upper floor there is a second double bedroom, a single bedroom with two single beds and a second bathroom. The strong point of the villa is certainly its furnished garden, which in addition to the swimming pool has a barbecue, benches and several sun loungers where you can relax reading a good book. In the garden, in addition to the cosy green lawn where you can lie down and sunbathe, you can relax after a fantastic swim in the pool. In a few minutes by car you can reach the beach and for nature lovers in only 10 minutes by car you can reach the Molentargius park and make an excursion to one of the most important naturalistic oasis of all Europe famous for its fauna and the pink flamingo, visit the coast of Cagliari and go to the marine protected area of Capo Carbonara  
  
In summer, guests can eat on the private patio (furnished with chairs, table) and enjoy the garden and swimming pool in complete relaxation. The villa's strong point is certainly its furnished garden, which in addition to the swimming pool has an outdoor shower, a barbecue, benches and several sun loungers where you can relax while reading a good book. In the garden, in addition to the cosy green lawn where you can lie down and sunbathe, you can rest after a fantastic swim in the pool. There is also a private parking space.  
  
The cosy living area consists of the living room and the open kitchen, equipped with refrigerator, oven, microwave, toaster and pressure cooker. The living room has a view of the garden. In the sleeping area also on the ground floor there is a double bedroom and comfortable bathroom with a large modern shower. On the attic floor there is a second double bedroom, a single bedroom with 2 single beds and a second bathroom with shower. The equipment also includes: dishwasher, washing machine, WiFi, TV and air conditioning in all rooms, beach towels, beach umbrella, beach bag, sea games  
  
Nearby you will find supermarkets, shopping centres and restaurants where you can taste excellent local food. In a few minutes by car you can reach the beach; for nature lovers in only 10 minutes by car you can reach the Molentargius park and make an excursion to one of the most important naturalistic oasis in Europe famous for its fauna and the pink flamingo. In addition, you can visit the coast of Cagliari and venture into the protected marine area of Capo Carbonara.
