Claudio in the bar and Salvatore the sommelier are stellar to guests, they turned around the entire experience! I let them know what had happened upon arrival and they immediately got the GM to reach out to us. Lara, the GM is amazing and quickly made our experience turn into something so special, as we wanted! She is an incredible woman and turned our stay into an incredible experience! The breakfast is nothing less than wonderful and the service in their restaurants are so attentive and the food was delicious. Hands down, I would love to go back again. They certainly made things right by making our romantic stay, exactly what I wanted. They made us feel heard and valued and welcomed at this once in a lifetime experience. You go to one building to get the keys, then they tell you to go to the building next door to your room, then go a few blocks over to actually check in and pay your city tax and get registered. Someone does come everyday to clean the kitchen, but not your room, which is fine, but a broom and access to some cleaning supplies would be nice. The room is very quiet at night except on Friday and Saturday nights when the restaurant below you changes to a club and the music is loud until about 1:00am. If are not a night owl I would avoid the weekend.
