Staff dint seem to care or greet patrons, don’t know if there was a management change. As always, is so difficult to communicate with some staff specially in the restaurant and the spa. Modern, Comfortable, Good wifi, everything works as it should. Most rooms are nice & big. Club level room packages are well worth the extra cost. There is annoying cost cutting such as HBO/BBC News etc ceased & repaced by RussiaToday as nearest English TV Channel. Dinner Buffet now replaced by a la carte /menu ordering.
