Amazing young ladies helped me with a 3am check in. Very attentive and alert. They also called a cab for me. The cab driver Mr Wang was exceptional. The Sheraton went way above, especially when I needed help during the Chinese Holiday ! We arrived late in the night and lights in the main lobby were closed. We thought hotel is closed. Rooms were decent and spacious. Towels were of low quality. Could be better. Breakfast was not elaborate considering the Seraton brand. The rooms are quite large and very comfortable. The breakfast was varied and of good quality. The staff was friendly and particularly helpful. One of the managers went out of his way to help us with travel arrangements to our next destination (Chengde).
