(Mind you the hotel is at least 20 mins drive to anything, so there are no other options) They have 6 items available on the late room service, after I placed the order they called back 3 times to tell me they don’t have the items. It took more then an hour to deliver what ever it was that they had and it was cold and awful. There is no steam room, the jacuzzi doesn’t work, and you need a swimming cap to go to the pool. They don’t have any to lend or sell to you. Who travels with a swim cap?!!
