Supermärkte in Laufweite vorhanden. Das Meer ist 300m entfernt. Bushaltestelle nur 50m entfernt. Für den Preis von etwas mehr als 10 EUR/Nacht im Winter (Nov./Dez./Jan.) für längere Aufenthalte unschlagbar. Die Zimmer sind geräumig aber leicht renovierungsbedürftig. Das Servicepersonal ist sehr jung und sollte noch Erfahrung sammeln. Die Lage etwas abseits aber für ca. 10 RMB kann man die meissten Shoppingmalls (wie z.B. Marina City) und Supermärkte (Jusco oder Carrefour) erreichen. Das Meer (Promenade) ist ca. 300 Meter entfernt. Internet im Zimmer vorhanden.
