It really fails to meet their usual standard of quality and service. Firstly, whilst the restaurant management were very friendly, the menu was appalling in terms of selection. There was no wine list either, which for a French chain, was surprising. The front desk was friendly and spoke English well enough. This hotel is very close to the airport, but there isn't much else around; luckily the Japanese restaurant in the hotel was decent. The rooms and corridors appear to be very old, and not very well maintained. Hôtel et chambre propre, bien équipée. Possibilité d'aller à l'aéroport à pied (même avec très grosse valise!). Idéal si on recherche un hôtel pour une ou deux nuits près de l'aéroport. A ne pas prendre si on veut visiter Qingdao. Third time to stay at this conveniently located hotel. Service is brilliant every time. We leave luggage while we do domestic flights before taking international leg home. Shuttle service to collect us at 1am with smiling young man to look after us. Great brekky, clean and comfortable room. We will be back next year.
