« I booked a suite two months in advance. However, the suite I was assigned (923) faced an internal space with ventilation pipes running through it. There was no view and almost no light. I stayed there for a week with the curtains drawn. Even worse, a portable and noisy dehumidifier was running as soon as I entered. I was stuck with a damp smell for a week. There was no possibility of changing rooms because the hotel was declared full on the day of my arrival. I would like to say to those...

« ホテル内はロビー、お部屋共に清潔で気持ちよく過ごすことができました。ロビー内のスタッフも清掃のスタッフも依頼したことは、とても丁寧に対応してくれました。ただ、朝食時のレストランスタッフに飲み物をお願いしたところ、忘れてしまったのか2度もお願いしたが持ってきてもらえず退席しました。その対応だけが残念でしたが、他はとても満足しました。 »

"Bon accueil. Espace bien pensé avec un étage réservé à un espace partagé avec cafetière, micro-ondes, etc... et surtout les pop-corn de l'après-midi 😁. Plutôt bien situé enfin pour notre unique nuit, ça nous a paru bien. Petit bémol pour la chambre sans fenêtre dans laquelle ils auraient pu mettre une dalle LED effet fenêtre avec lever du jour programmable pour les gens qui n'ont pas l'habitude de dormir dans le noir total."

"I booked a suite two months in advance. However, the suite I was assigned (923) faced an internal space with ventilation pipes running through it. There was no view and almost no light. I stayed there for a week with the curtains drawn. Even worse, a portable and noisy dehumidifier was running as soon as I entered. I was stuck with a damp smell for a week. There was no possibility of changing rooms because the hotel was declared full on the day of my arrival. I would like to say to those responsible that if they have one or more rooms that are unsanitary, they should not rent them out until they have done the necessary work. It's a matter of respect for customers who haven't paid for substandard and unsafe service in terms of hygiene."
