Hello! My name is Athanasios. After many years of experience in the world of high-end hospitality and gastronomy — including five-star hotels, top-tier restaurants, and consulting projects across Greece — I decided to create a space of my own, guided by the values I hold dear: warmth, care, and authenticity.
