Villa convertible into 2 flats. Can be rented in its entirety for up to 13 holidaymakers. Outside the village, very quiet, surrounded by olive groves. Panoramic view of the sea, citadel and village. Park garden. Ideally located, quiet, above-ground swimming pool, private pool bar for holidaymakers only, sun loungers, parasol, hammock, shaded outdoor dining areas. Large wooded park with relaxation areas for personal reverie.  
  
Upper ground floor-1st-2nd floor for 9 people, air-conditioned open space comprising living room with sea-view balcony, dining room, kitchen with sea-view balcony. Separate bathroom and air-conditioned double bedroom with garden view. Upper ground floor-1st + 4 stairs, 1 double bedroom with sea view balcony/bathroom-wc/air conditioning. 2nd 1 double bedroom with garden view/air conditioning/bathroom-wc and 1 round triple bedroom, WITHOUT BATHROOM-WC, sea and garden view/air conditioning.Panoramic terrace. Bed linen and towels changed once every 7 nights. If you wish to stay more often, it is possible to rent

From the main road to the villa there is a 440m dirt track. There are 4 dogs on the property who live in a 500m2 paddock planted with trees for the summer period. Cats are free. Possibility of organising aperitifs and on request we take care of the shopping for the day of arrival. On the lower ground floor, further independent accommodation for up to 5 occupants. The electricity charge is 2 kwh per person per day. Additional electricity costs are charged at cost price.  
  
The large sandy beaches are a 4-minute drive away. The sea is right in front of you, 500 metres away as the crow flies. Minimarkets, restaurants, bars, pharmacy and small emergency dispensary are 1,500 metres away. The hospital and supermarkets are 11km away.
