The house has 2 ground floor bedrooms sharing a luxury shower room, a 1st floor open plan living space with balcony, and a large bedroom and family bathroom on the upper floor. There is covered storage for watersports equipment or bicycles (ask), and a laundry. Full GCH throughout and a 'baby room' with cot off the master bedroom. Size-wise it is on the smaller size. It's perfect for small families and couples. Séjour de 7 nuits en août 2025 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Karen Ann M. 4 août 2025 Points forts : Propreté Lovely three story modern house on seafront, with balcony and garden, check in by key code.Kitchen well equipped with everything you should need including a coffee maker.Downstairs utility room & washing machine, bathroom with shower and a double bedroom & a bedroom with bunk beds, upstairs is all in one kitchen diner with balcony to make the most of the lovely views, on the next floor, a double bedroom , bathroom with bath and hand held shower there is also a cot room. It’s a short walk via a path that is by the side of house that leads you into town,with many shops & facilitys, the area is in close proximity of many interesting places to visit, and some amazing walks right from your doorstep. The owner Guy left milk, a Bara brith & a lovely bottle of wine , which makes you feel special. ##### Karen Ann M. Incredible location, with clear instructions and beautiful surroundings. Sitting on the balcony overlooking the sea was amazing. The cake and bottle of wine on arrival were a lovely touch.
