The location is convenient to the parks, Lasalle has some fantastic restaurants, the neighborhood was friendly and quiet and the home itself was clean and welcoming. My dog especially enjoying running around the backyard. She didn't mind the walk to the local ice cream stand either! "A great all-around experience. Lot's of room to relax, a nice big kitchen with a breakfast bar, and all a stone's throw from Starved Rock. I loved the balcony off the bedroom and the jacuzzi. The Grand Bear lodge has a great bar as well. Great restaurant options between Utica, Peru and Ottawa, or venture over to the Starved Rock state park lodge restaurant."
